Built around an EN1621-2 Level 1 certified RZ Labs Foam back guard — a durable, pliable panel that runs the full length of your spine — the vest combines that certified outer guard with recycled D3O RF foam as a smart, rate-sensitive underlay. D3O RF stiffens on impact to spread and absorb force, then instantly returns to its flexible state between runs, so there is no rigid panel locked against your back all day.

At the chest and ribs, soft air foam padding provides lightweight comfort coverage without the bulk of a full impact top. The overall construction is ultra-soft and low-profile, designed to sit close to the body without creating visible bulk at the back, shoulders, or chest under outerwear — most riders wear it directly over a base layer beneath their ski or snowboard jacket without any change to how the jacket fits or moves.
