At its core, the e-Magnum features Head's World Cup Sandwich Cap Construction reinforced with Graphene and Crossforce Carbon, delivering exceptional power transmission directly from boot to snow. The Crossforce Carbon system removes the topsheet beneath the binding and replaces it with an exposed carbon wrap, maximising energy transfer and responsiveness. Head's industry-leading EMC (Energy Management Circuit) technology uses ceramic piezo plates to convert negative kinetic energy into smooth, controlled rebound, eliminating chatter and vibration even at high speeds on firm or variable snow.

The Protector EVO PR 13 GW features Full Heel Release (FHR) technology, delivering 180° horizontal and vertical heel release that has been shown to reduce ACL strain by over 50% in backward twisting falls. While the PRD 12 GW offers a DIN range of 4–12 for those seeking a traditional binding release system.
