At 88mm underfoot with a 17–18 metre radius, the Sato is a genuinely capable frontside-focused ski that handles groomers with confidence while being quick and playful enough to dive off the side when conditions allow. Without any metal in the construction, the Sato relies entirely on its poplar wood core and fiberglass laminate to deliver its performance characteristics.
