Santa Rosa Merino Balaclava

The Mons Royale Santa Rosa is a full balaclava built for serious cold and wind conditions, offering full face, head and neck coverage in a single slim-fitting garment. Made from Merino Flex — Mons Royale’s Merino blend with Nylon and Elastane — the Santa Rosa stretches comfortably across the face without the rigidity of a heavier woven balaclava, sealing out wind while remaining breathable enough for high-intensity activity. Merino’s natural temperature regulation means it will not cause overheating on the skin side even when the outer temperature is extreme.

The Santa Rosa includes a ponytail hole, making it suitable for both shorter and longer hairstyles without forcing an uncomfortable compression of hair under the helmet. It is helmet-compatible and designed to sit neatly under a helmet without pressure points or excess material. The slim fit reduces bulk and keeps the balaclava close to the face for effective warmth rather than a loose-fitting product that allows cold air to circulate. Available in Black, two sizes: S/M and L/XL.
