The Dalbello Quantum Free 110 is a hybrid touring boot for skiers who want to earn their turns without giving anything away on the way back down. The bonded two-piece shell is built from carbon-reinforced polyamide, which keeps the weight sensible while holding on to the power transmission you need when the skiing gets serious. Flip it into walk mode and the Dual Link cuff opens up a genuine 65 degree range of motion, so long approaches and skin tracks stay comfortable rather than becoming something to endure. Two lightweight wire buckles and a 25mm power strap mean transitions at the top of the climb take seconds. The Vibram dual density sole is aggressively lugged and rockered for bootpacking, certified to ISO 9523 for hybrid touring bindings, and takes crampons when the terrain calls for them, while tech fittings at the toe let the boot run on pin bindings just as happily. With a 100mm last and a heat mouldable IF Touring Sport liner it suits medium volume feet, and our Boot Lab team can dial the fit in properly before you travel.
