The Head Discovery 78 Pro AM brings the same progressive Auxetic technology and Superframe construction as its wider sibling to a narrower, more piste-focused 78mm waist. This makes it an ideal all-mountain ski for intermediate to advanced skiers who spend the majority of their time on groomed runs but still want the performance to venture off-piste with confidence.

Auxetic Tech at the core of the Superframe delivers a progressive flex that starts natural and forgiving at moderate speeds, stiffening as you commit to harder, more aggressive turns. The full wood core ensures a lively, natural response underfoot, while Graphene integration keeps the ski strong and lightweight. With a narrower waist than the 82 Pro, the 78 Pro is quicker edge-to-edge and more at home on firm, groomed terrain. 

Tyrolia's Protector PR 11 GW ski bindings use Full Heel Release (FHR) technology to deliver 180° horizontal and vertical heel release, dramatically reducing the risk of knee injuries in a fall.
